We accept any credit or debit card with a Visa,
MasterCard, Discover, or American Express logo.
No. Top Gear Camping is not able to accept
Purchase Orders, offer COD terms or credit lines.
Top Gear Camping charges a 6.5% sales tax
for all purchases made in the state of Texas. No
sales tax is charged for purchases made in all other
states.
Yes, you can cancel orders only if your order has
not yet been shipped and the vendor can cancel in
time. If the order has already been sent to the
vendor, we will attempt to stop the order, but
cannot guarantee a cancelation. If you do receive an
order that was cancelled, accept delivery of the
item and contact Top Gear Camping. Returns are
subject to a restocking charge as determined by the
vendor. Sorry but return requests made after 10 days
cannot be accepted as our suppliers do not allow a
late returns grace period.
For a more prompt exchange/refund, please keep
your invoice!
If it necessary to return merchandise for an
exchange/refund, all merchandise must meet the
following conditions:
- Returned in original packaging
- Returned within (10) days
- Returned in resellable condition
- Copy of invoice enclosed with merchandise
- Enclosed a brief letter of explanation
- A $10.00 exchange fee must accompany
merchandise returned for exchange
- Merchandise returned for refund is subject
to a 15% restock fee
- All returns must be prepaid; No COD's
accepted
If the merchandise you wish to receive is out of
stock, a refund/credit will be issued promptly. All
returns for refund paid by credit card will receive
a credit to the credit card.

If merchandise you receive is defective, contact
our customer service department for instructions.
No, Top Gear Camping requires that you enter a
valid street address for your order. If a PO Box is
entered as the shipping address, you will receive an
error message. In addition, we cannot deliver
camping supplies to A.P.O., F.P.O., or foreign
addresses.
If you order is shipped via our typical UPS
standard shipping, you should expect to receive it
in 2-5 workdays. Expedited shipping is available for
an additional charge.
Most often orders are shipped via UPS because
they offer insurance as well as excellent tracking
software. However, some products occasionally may be
sent via other carriers such as Airborne or Federal
Express.
Shipping costs are based on order size and weight
as well as destination. You will receive a real-time
quote of your shipping cost during the check out
process.
After you complete your purchase and the
information is processed, you will receive your UPS
tracking number via e-mail. The UPS tracking number
will also be available to you under the “My Account”
area of our website.
